Know when the error code is a software problem and not your fault.
When error messages pop up in the Quality Improvement and Evaluation System (QIES) Assessment Submission and Processing (ASAP) system — as they are wont to do from time to time — don’t fret. Use this quick-reference chart to identify what the error code means and what you need to do to correct the error.
