A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to require the preparation of audit reports based upon the financial auditing of Medicare+Choice organizations and to make such reports available to the public. A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to require home health agencies participating in the Medicare program to conduct criminal background checks for all applicants for employment as patient care providers.
