WHO'S WHO IN MEDICARE

Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Deputy Administrator Ruben King-Shaw has left the agency. King-Shaw, who recently has been detailed four days a week to the Department of the Treasury to help develop a health-insurance tax credit for trade-displaced workers, calls his decision to leave federal service at this time a personal decision taken after "many weeks of prayer, discussions, and reflections." He is expected to return to Florida and may continue to consult with Treasury.
