Correction:

Choose 29806 for Bankart Repairs

In the July Orthopedic Coding Alert, we advised coders to report 29807 (Arthroscopy, shoulder, surgical; repair of SLAP lesion) for arthroscopic Bankart repairs. The code recommendation should have read 29806 (Arthroscopy, shoulder, surgical; capsulorrhaphy) instead. We apologize for the error.
