Question: Should I bill for the needles used during allergy injections? Michigan Subscriber Answer: The allergy injection codes (95115-95133) include the cost for the needles and all injection supplies and services, such as syringes, alcohol preps and the nurse's time. You should not bill separately for any of these items.
