Public Relations:

Keep on Top of Your Practice's Reputation

Find out what feedback patients may be offering beyond your practice's doors.

Some physicians' practices utilize a patient comment box, which often sits, dusty and unused, in a corner. Patients may be utilizing social media and other client-business rating platforms and sites to provide feedback about your practice. The price of harnessing that information is usually as little as a couple hours of self-Googling.

If you're experiencing a slowdown in new patients or are even losing established patient relationships, it may be time to do check in on whether the "it's not you, it's me" trope actually applies.

Before you dive in, remember: People usually won't go out of their way to say something about an experience with a service unless it was exceptionally good or pretty bad. Take any criticism to heart, but not personally, and pat yourself on the back for any rave reviews.
