Minnesota Subscriber Answer: As of publication, 11 QHINs have successfully completed the onboarding process for the Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement (TEFCA). These networks include, but are not limited to: Networks that are currently in the onboarding phase are referred to as candidate QHINs. One network that recently received designation as a QHIN is the Oracle Health Information Network. Oracle announced the TEFCA QHIN designation on November 20 in a press release. “We believe data interoperability isn’t a technical goal; it’s the key to unlocking the solution to many problems in healthcare, from harnessing the power of AI, improving quality of care and health outcomes, and scaling value-based care,” said Seema Verma, executive vice president and general manager for Oracle Health and Life Sciences, in a press release.
