A chart published in the January 2005 Urology Coding Alert ("At a Glance: Track the Biggest RVU Gainers for 2005") did not include the complete CPT descriptors for two codes. This may have been confusing, and we apologize for the omissions.

The codes and their compete descriptors are:
   52007 - Cystourethroscopy, with ureteral catheterization, with or without irrigation, instilation, or ureteropyelography, exclusive of     radiologic service; with brush biopsy of ureter and/or renal pelvis
   52204 - Cystourethroscopy, with biopsy.
