Answer: Use 52648 (Contact laser vaporization with or without transurethral resection of prostate, including control of postoperative bleeding, complete) for the Green-Light PVP (photoselective vaporization of the prostate) procedure to vaporize the prostate.

Avoid the temptation to report 52647 (Non-contact laser coagulation of prostate, including control of postoperative bleeding, complete), since it represents laser coagulation, not laser vaporization.
