Vermont Subscriber
Answer: Use CPT 51600 (Injection procedure for cystography or voiding urethrocystography) for instillation of contrast, and 74455 (Urethrocystography, voiding, radiological supervision and interpretation) for the radiological interpretation, with modifier -26 (Professional component) if performed in the hospital. Other radiology codes are 74430 (Cystography, minimum of three views, radiological supervision and interpretation) and 74450 (Urethrocystography, retrograde, radiological supervision and interpretation). Use only one of the radiology codes.
