I am looking for any help of guidance that can help me. i work for a lab and we do toxicology testing and are having Clawbacks by UHC stating that a pt was in a Treatment program and that the Toxicology testing that was sent to us is not payable because it is covered under the APG that the facility is billing. My question is - Is there a modifier that the facility should be attaching to the APG that states that the Tox testing was not done in that facility so should not be paid in that APG and should be paid to the Lab for these services.
