How do I close the charts and bill if I have a Provider that suddenly left the Practice? Is it non-compliant to have the charts administratively closed, signed and billed under the Provider that abruptly left?

If the provider who left the practice has signed any of the notes, then you can certainly bill for those services to the extent that the coding is supported by the documentation. But it would not be compliant for someone other than the provider who performed the services and created the documentation to sign those notes.
