The dx D07.4 seems most appropriate since it is penile intraepithelial neoplasia low grade .And PIN II is dx D07.5 is same thing of the prostate area.

No, Miko24 this is clearly not accurate per our ICD book (if anyone actually reviews it) it is N42.31

I am not being absolutely horrible here; but that advice again you provided was not accurate at all reviewing my ICD book. Unless you clearly do not understand low grade PIN.
Did you even consider looking at the ICD book?

I am unsure why I clearly had prostate on the noggin last night possibly the PIN reference. Reviewing this coding scenario this morning. You are correct this case was on the penis (penile intraepithelial neoplasia) (PeIN) not prostate (PIN). These differ and we would use the D07.4 for penis versus the N42.31 low grade dysplasia of the prostate. Again, I apologize for creating this confusion last evening.
