What procedure codes are used for when billing for a Mental Health or Chemical dependency program similar to how IOP is set up, but delivered as telehealth with none of the visits in person. These are for programs that include several visits with psychiatrists, counselors and other clinical staff so billing separately per visit with staff would not work. These services will be billed via HCFA CMS electronic format. Considered 90837 and 90791 but those appear to be for fee-for-service only and the Part B reimbursement rate does not seem appropriate for the program cost.
