Get RAP Dates Right

Don't forget to complete the  "THROUGH" date "THROUGH" date on your Request for Anticipated Payment (RAP), says new HHH MAC GGS. An agency asked in CGS's June 28 Ask-The-Contractor Teleconference whether the "THROUGH" date is required on the RAP. "RAPs do require a 'THROUGH' date and this is not a change due to the Jurisdiction 15 (J15) transition," CGS says on its website. CGS took over the HHH MAC contract from Cahaba GBA last month. Because HHAs don't know what the episode's end date will be, they should use the same date for the "FROM" and "THROUGH" dates on the RAPs, CGS instructs.
