Tune In To CMS Calls For OIG Compliance Topics

Want to learn more about the HHS Office of Inspector General's compliance focus on hospice or power wheelchairs? Then tune into a series of educational calls from CMS's Provider Compliance Group covering recent OIG reports. The three-hour calls held on Aug. 23-25 will "educate providers and suppliers to address specific vulnerabilities identified in Office of Inspector General reports," CMS explains. Representatives from Medicare contractors, the OIG and CMS will participate in the calls. Each call's agenda, online access information, and e-mail address for submitting questions are at www.cms.gov/OpenDoorForums/Downloads/August2011PCGCallsNotice.pdf.
