Reminder: “For the FY 2020 APU determination and ALL subsequent years, providers must submit 90 percent of all required HIS records according to the 30-day deadline,” the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services says in the sheet at www.cms.gov/files/document/timeliness-compliance-threshold-hospice-item-set-submissions-fact-sheet-updatefebruary-2020clearanc.pdf.
