Your state may be the one where 100% of hospices have downloaded their free benchmarking report. Are you falling farther behind your peers by failing to download your free PEPPER benchmarking report? You can find out by checking your state’s PEPPER retrieval stats, newly updated with fourth-quarter data. Delaware, Washington state, and Florida lead the pack, with 100 percent, 84 percent, and 80 percent of the providers downloading their PEPPER reports, respectively. On the other end of the spectrum, Utah (21 percent), California (27 percent), and Idaho (33 percent) round out the bottom-performing states.
