Report 0276U only for Versiti™ Inherited Thrombocytopenia Panel from Versiti™ Diagnostic Laboratories, using a specimen such as blood, buccal swab, or amniotic fluid. The test uses next–generation sequencing (NGS) analysis of 42 genes associated with inherited forms of thrombocytopenia for differential diagnosis of symptomatic patients or evaluation of familial risk of inherited conditions.
