Report 0576U only for OmniGraf® Liver from Eurofins Transplant Genomics LLC. This test determines the risk of liver transplant (allograft) rejection by analyzing two types of blood samples. It measures donor–derived cell–free DNA (cfDNA) using whole genome next–generation sequencing (NGS) from plasma and performs gene expression profiling of 56 genes using multiplex real–time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) from whole blood. The results are combined into a single algorithmic score to assess rejection risk.
