Cutaneous vascular destruction is generally performed with a laser (e.g. Argon, pulsed dye, and YAG). This is a bloodless surgery due to the fact that there is no incision made in the skin.  This code covers destruction of a cutaneous vascular proliferative lesion that is greater than 50 cm2 in size.
