In this procedure, the provider makes a brow incision to gain access to the frontal sinus. The provider then resects an osteoplastic flap of the frontal bone of the forehead. She excises the diseased frontal sinus tissues, such as a benign neoplasm or polyp. The provider then repositions the frontal bone flap with sutures.
