The provider repairs part of the thoracic aorta (the main artery that carries blood from the heart through the chest) using an endovascular graft, also called an endograft or stent graft. They deliver and deploy the graft so that it covers the origin of the left subclavian artery (a vessel branching off the aortic arch). The graft may also be extended upward into the arch or ascending aorta and downward toward the celiac artery, as needed. The service includes preprocedure sizing and device selection, nonselective catheterization, and all imaging guidance and interpretation needed to complete the repair.
