In this procedure, the provider introduces a well lubricated flexible or rigid cystourethroscope through the external opening of the urethra and up into the bladder. He then inserts a catheter into the ejaculatory duct. He performs this procedure with or without irrigation, instillation, or radiological study of the ejaculatory duct.
