Summary

A radical vulvectomy represents a surgical procedure to remove all or part of the vulva for malignant disease of various stages. The surgery may or may not include removal of lymph nodes and the clitoris depending on the extent of the disease. Since it is radical surgery, tissue adjacent to the malignancy will be removed as well.
