do all payers reimburse?
No, not all payers reimburse. You should check each payor's policy AND your contracts. Often, large healthcare systems have contracts that add or remove things from standard policy. That being said, I am not aware of any carrier (for me) that bundles IUD placement into global maternity.
Some (like Medicare) do not cover IUD across the board - regardless of global maternity. Some may require the IUD be provided by a specialty pharmacy and not the practice.

yes, I understand that. After we verify iud benefits and insertion. Does the iud (J) code if supplying iud and iud insert 58300 reimbursed after patient delivers?
I thought I answered this. It is up to the payor if they would include IUD insertion in the global maternity care. None of my contract bundle, but your contracts with a payor could differ than mine.
