During a hysteroscopy/polypectomy provider noted a cervical laceration, likely from myosure, vaginal laceration and perineal laceration. Wondering if these can be billed separately and would the cpt codes be 57200 & 577210?

If the lacerations occurred during the procedure, then no, the surgeon can't bill for the repair.
