Wiki Venous ulcer coding

I have a claim where the patient has two venous ulcers on the lower right extremity (I87.331). The patient also has bilateral ulcers without inflammation (I87.313). The insurance company has kicked the claim back stating it isn't coded properly. I'm coding: I87.331, L87.312, L97.812, I87.313, L97.422, L97.412. Is using the I87.313 redundant. I feel it should be used as it describes two additional ulcers that aren't at same severity. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
