Is Cpt code 76937, 75710, billable with the 2026 lower ext. codes ? and also if procedure performed single same access can we bill cpt 36247 with 2026 new codes?
Is code 76937 (ultrasound guidance for vascular access) billable with the new lower extremity revascularization codes (37254-37299)? We do not get an NCCI edit when looking it up; however, the new code descriptions say, "...including all imaging guidance, selective catheterization and radiological supervision and interpretation necessary to perform the angioplasty within the same artery."

Looking for clarification or supporting references. Thanks!
 
75710 is billable if diagnostic. I'm wondering the same about 76937, we are receiving denials and our coding software doesn't show any of the new revasc codes as being a primary procedure code for 76937. Also, caths are not billable.
