Would i only bill 0232T for this procedure? or would there be additional codes that i could use?

Indications: Right knee pain secondary to degenerative joint disease and various tendinopathy's in the right knee

Description:
After obtaining 120 cc of blood, 10 cc of platelet rich plasma was obtained for injection. 10 cc of alpha-2 macroglobulin was a concentrated from the platelet poor plasma. The right knee was then prepped and draped sterilely. The skin over the medial aspect of the right patella was anesthetized using lidocaine 1%. A 22-gauge needle was then used to inject 6 cc of platelet rich plasma along the medial aspect of the patella including the underside of the patella. An additional 2 cc of alpha-2 macroglobulin was injected into the area. 4 cc of platelet rich plasma was injected into the prepatellar space from a lateral approach. 2 cc of alpha-2-macroglobulin was injected into the medial aspect of the quadriceps tendon and also into the lateral aspect of the quadriceps tendon. 2 cc of alpha-2-macroglobulin was injected into the patellar ligament and finally 2 cc into the area of the Pez anserine of the right tibia.
