Aetna is denying cpt 81025 in office pregnancy test- is anyone else seeing this? I cant find any updates to the policy stating this is no longer covered.

The only thing I could find was a policy change statement: 81025 will deny when billed with place of service 15 and female gender is not present. It was in reference to a nurse midwife billing. What is the denial message?
