what HCPCScode are you using for PMMA bone cement C1713 or C1734? The surgery CPT used is 23472. I am getting conflicting information. Some say C1713 is for structural like screws/anchors and C1734 is for bone cement but others saying C1734 is intended for ankle procedures only.

C1713, since at this time, Augment is currently the only product that fits squarely under the long descriptor of C1734. It is the ONLY orthopedic product approved by the FDA as a device/drug combination product for ankle and hindfoot arthrodesis and approved by CMS for transitional pass-through payments.
