April:)
The payer wants MORE details in birthing of newborn. Payers do not like unspec. dx. See dx block 035 any anomalies or damage to fetus or a newborn. .If so define it. Block dx 036 wants to know the trimester newborn born in, and dx block 032 what fetal manipulation or position was newborn delivered. All this should be in documentation on birth of newborn to assist you
