I'm wondering if TCM codes can be billed with other non-chemo services? We frequently do infusions of lasix, heparin flushes of ports, & plenty of labs after d/c from hosp. Medicare does have a list of separately billable things but none of these are on there- HELP!!
 
I would but the issue is that we only bill the TCM codes & the hosp bills for the labs, infusion, hydration,etc as a facility charge. Since we don't bill pro fees for these I'm thinking it's ok to bill the TCM with them?
