Does Z01.419 Include a Routine Annual Breast Exam or Do I Report it Separately with Z12.39?

Does Z01.419 (Encounter for Gynecological Examination - general routine without abnormal findings) include a routine annual breast exam, or do I report the breast exam separately with Z12.39 (Encounter for Other Screening for Malignant Neoplasm of Breast)?

In other words, do I report only Z01.419 (assuming the gynecological exam includes the pelvic exam, cervical pap smear, and breast exam) for a routine annual gynecological exam without abnormal findings?

Or, do I report Z01.419 (routine gynecological exam) and Z12.39 (breast exam)?
