I wanted to get another opinion on what CPT should be used for Revision of right nasal implant. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Preop Dx: Slight displacement of the right nasal implant

Procedure in Detail: There is mild overhang of several millimeters of the right caudal edge of the implant with improvement in breathing with lateral displacement. The area was identified and confirmed with the patient in the mirror and marked. The area was treated with topical lidocaine/phenylephrine solution and injected with local anesthetic. The skin was then prepped with chlorhexidine and draped with sterile towels.

Once adequate time had elapsed for the local to take effect, the lright marginal incision was opened and the caudal margin of the implant was exposed. This was then trimmed and lateralized to correct the displacement. Hemostasis was obtained with cautery and the wound was then closed with 5-0 chromic suture.

The incision was then dressed with Polysporin ointment.
