How are offices billing biologics being administered samples to patients in the office? ( a nurse visit vs admin code (96372) with J code no charge).

Depending on the medication it could be 96372 but could also be 96401 or 96402. For the drug you need to bill the J code with modifier FB to indicate it was not purchased by the clinic and make sure your charge zeros out.
