What types of job titles should I be searching for with as newly certified CPCO?

Hello!
I currently am an educator for Radiation Oncology. I have done a lot of work developing policies and procedures, auditing, educating providers and coders and I will be taking my CPCO soon. What are some entry CPCO job titles to look for? I am only seeing compliance jobs at the moment that require many years experience or a law degree so a little lost on where to start.

Good Morning - just curious if anyone has taken CPCO and how it compares to CPC. I already have my CPC. From what I understand there is no actual coding on the CPCO exam. No materials are allowed at the exam. If I do not have a background already in compliance but have 3 years billing and coding experience what can anyone suggest is the best study guide?

I took it Saturday and missed it by one point. It was hard. Did you take it? I would love a study partner if interested,

I did sign up for the study course, it was mildly difficult even with that course, and I do suggest doing the course (purchasing when its on sale)

Issues with the process:
1- The course style does not match the actual test. The course exams, including the study exam through the course, do not match the actual style of the test itself. I made like a 94 or 95 in the course, but an 84 on the exam.
2- They tell you that you will be able to bring in your study books from the course into the test. You cant. They provide you with the 3 types of OIG compliance guidelines.
3- Probably not a common experience but they lost my test after I took it, and told me I didnt take it. We were able to figure it out but super frustrating. I say this to say I took 3 exams back to back with them this year and each one had issues. Not CPCO-related, just a gripe.

Successes
1- I passed! I do recommend taking the course and taking lots of notes. This test is about memorization: Different laws and acts, 7 keys to a successful compliance program, each type of compliance guidance from the OIG, and how to create a compliance program, address issues, what to do in the case of an external audit.

Of note, after taking the exam, I realized there was a different compliance certification that is more widely recognized/ accepted and would have taken that one if I had known before hand. I have been looking for compliance jobs and not a single one has listed CPCO. I will say also that I have 4 certifications through AAPC and do support them, but the CPCO does not carry the weight that other AAPC certs do. If you do not have your CPMA, I would do that one instead. Still a compliance element, but provides you a good foundation to land a job in compliance v CPCO alone. I would research the HCCA-CHC v CPCO and also consider what you want to do long term. If its strictly compliance then one of these is good, (CPCO I found is better for outpatient but inpatient settings want CHC) but if its auditing overall - there will always be a compliance element and CPMA is better for career advancement.
