Meniscal tibial ligament repair with medial meniscus root repair

Looking for help coding this surgery. LT knee arthroscopy medial meniscus root repair with meniscal tibial ligament repair. I have 29882 for the meniscus root repair but not sure about the meniscal tibial ligament repair. Below is the part of the op note that describes the ligament repair. Would this be unlisted?? Any help would be much appriciated.

Was it done via scope? If so probably either included in the 29882 or 29999. Do you have a current AAOS GSD? Have you checked CPT Assistant?
Otherwise, you'd be looking at the 274XX area like 27405 area.
