Hi All,

Happy Friday Eve!
Have a question: what is the rule to bill the quantity of A9595 when less than 9.5 MiC administrated & when 9.6 and up MiC administrated.

In the past I was trained to rounded up and bill qty of 10 if >9.5 MiC was administrated. But now we have discussion that it should be rounded up if >9.1 was administrated.

Anyone has any information regarding billing A9595 and report wastage w/ JW modifier?
**PER RECORD [IV administration of 9.4 mCi of 18F-piflufolastat (Pylarify)], qty of *10* submitted on claim.
