Looking for advice (paid) — rheum biologic denials expertise, or a referral?

Hi all — hoping this group can point me in the right direction.

I'm with Brixa Health, a small early-stage company building denial-management and appeal tools for independent rheumatology practices and infusion centers. We're not trying to replace coders — every output in our system is human-reviewed, and the whole reason I'm posting is that we need real coder expertise to get this right.

I'm looking for someone with hands-on rheum or infusion (buy-and-bill) denials and appeals experience — reading 835s, CARC/RARC codes, biologic J-code claims for drugs like infliximab and abatacept, payer PA quirks — for a short paid consulting engagement. Roughly 10–20 hours to start, fully remote, flexible around your day job, $90+/hr for the right experience. It's all synthetic test data, so no PHI and no patient records involved as of right now but shortly.

Just as valuable: if this isn't for you but you know someone — a colleague, a former coworker, someone with a rheumatology specialty credential who consults — I'd be grateful for the referral, and I'm happy to return the favor however I can.

Or just reply here / email me at f.leffler@brixahealth.com. Even pointers on where else to look would be appreciated. Thanks!

Best,
Fred
