I did not pass and yes it was a very hard test.There are some trick questions. For example, there may be an incomplete progress note where the questions will ask you what parts of the note are missing. Then the very next question would ask you what level of service the documentation supports but none of the answer choices say "cannot code due to incomplete notes" or anything like that.

It also asks questions like if a provider was fined XXX amount of dollars under such-and-such law, what was the amount of the original offense (before inflation)? That is not something auditors need to concern themselves with, in my opinion. They should be asking questions geared towards topics that auditors should know off the tops of their heads.
