    Wiki Payment for 99144 with 63688??

    Hi, The neurosurgeon I bill for wants to get paid for code 99144 when done with code 63688. Medicare will pay code 63688 and deny code 99144 as included into code 63688. Is there a modifier i need to use to get code 99144 paid??? Or any other suggestions? thx ken lobo
