    I am getting a denial from Medicaid as secondary to Medicare. Primary Cpt Code 99309 (NURSING FAC SUBSE DETAILED) was paid by Medicaid. Medicaid is denying Second cpt code 99406 for POS.     Wiki 99309 and 99315

    Can you bill Medicare for 99309 and 99315 for the same date of service by the same provider? I was of the opinion that you could only bill for one, but one of the physicians wants me to bill for both services on the same date.
