    Wiki Adjacent tissue transfer for surgical closure?

    My surgeon wants me to report an adjacent tissue transfer for closure of surgical wound for a hammertoe repair. I think this is incorrect and that surgical closure wound be included in the global package. Please provide some guidance. Thank you!!!
