    Wiki 84450 and 84460

    Hello, I have a denial for 84450 being included with 84460. In the CPT book, 84460 descpription is indented; does this mean I should only be billing the 84460? or should I put a modifier 59 on one of the CPT's because they are seperate tests? Thanks, Katie
