Wiki Drug Test 80307 Location Question

Hello, I work for a pain management group that has 6 locations. Unfortunately these location are right on the border of two states. All drug screens (80307) are sent to one location for the test to be ran and the results are sent back to the requesting location/provider... I'm finding that one...

Wiki Drug Testing for Oral Fluid instead of Urine

I'm with an SIU and we are consistently seeing labs that are billing for Oral Fluid Drug Testing using the G0480-G0483 series codes. Does anyone have a better code recommended for billing using Oral Fluid drug testing in both Pain Management and Substance Abuse? We usually follow Medicare...

Wiki CPT 80305/G0480 coding

CPT 80305/G0480, these test would include CPT 80329 and 80320 when performed unless done as a repeat test in which would be filled separate with Modifier correct?
