Wiki Foreign body in wrist

Does anyone know what direction I need to go in as far as coding an exploratory wrist procedure? The hub of the IV had fallen out and the angoicatheter was not attached. The concern was it had broken off in the wrist, after procedure, it was not found in the wrist. Would I use cpt 10121...

Wiki Exploratory lap with lysis of adhesion help

Hi guys Dr performed exploratory lap with lysis of adhesions but he only temp closed the abdomen with wound vac because he wanted to have a second look in 24 hours. So the next day he brought the patient in again and did another exploratory lap with closure of the abdomen. would I code day one...
