    Wiki GR modifier for labs

    I'm looking for clarification on lab modifiers. Resident performs biopsy so the -GR modifier is added to the procedure code. The GR modifier does not go on the lab test, correct? In my research, I have not found anywhere that states GR is an appropriate modifier for lab codes as the resident...
