    Wiki BH Claims Suddenly being denied by Local BCBS

    Hello, I bill for two BH providers who bill consistently w/ CPTs 90833-90838 and BH ICD 10 codes, now all of a sudden HMSA is denying claims for "not meeting payment criteria." Is any other BH provider's receiving the same denials??? Thank you in advance!
